SUMMER JOBS IN THE ARTS
Since 1987, Arts Network Ottawa has been building a healthy and sustainable arts sector by creating professional development and mentorship opportunities for artists; providing resources and promotion to advance the careers of artists and cultural workers; and collaborating through partnerships to advocate the creative, social and economic benefits the arts play in a flourishing community.
As a membership-based bilingual arts-service organization, we are an informed and trusted voice for a network of artists, cultural workers and arts organizations across the Ottawa region. By advancing careers, we support our 300 members and also Ottawa’s arts community at large.
Three opportunities are available for bilingual youth (15 to 30 years) for eight weeks to help with planning and implementing upcoming and new initiatives. It is expected that all Summer positions at Arts Network Ottawa will focus on web-based exchanges and online programming. Arts Network Ottawa is flexible with the start date as the timeline for this program has been extended to be completed by February 28, 2021.
