Rent the Lise Roy Meeting Space at Arts Network Ottawa
More than a meeting space. Hold your presentations, screenings and workshops here at Arts Network Ottawa. Arts, business, and non-profit communities alike come here to conduct board meetings, sit on juries for arts projects, learn career development skills, or brainstorm their next initiatives.
The Lise Roy Meeting Space offers a double vestibule and comfortable seating with an oval table. It is located in the Shenkman Arts Centre with plenty of free parking.
This meeting space can also be used as a set up room, green room or an organizer base camp for events held at the Shenkman Arts Centre.
The meeting space is available to businesses, groups, or individuals for one-time or scheduled reoccurring meetings.
Host your next gathering surrounded by artworks on exhibit by local artists. The Lise Roy Meeting Space at Arts Network Ottawa doubles as the Exhibition Space at Arts Network Ottawa, and features artworks on exhibit by a selection of our visual art members.

With prior arrangement, our spacious lobby can be included as part of your rental of our Meeting Space, and welcomes up to 30 guests for special receptions, announcements, and arts presentations such as readings. It can also be used for setting up catering or as a breakout session area.

Priority bookings are provided to members of Arts Network Ottawa and the Arts Community. Members and supporters receive preferred rates on space and equipment rentals.
The Lise Roy Meeting Space at Arts Network Ottawa is well lit, easily accessible, quite affordable and has comfortable seating. I have used the space on a number of occasions for a variety of purposes including auditions, stage reading rehearsals and Board of Director meetings.
