This is an exciting opportunity for a strong visionary leader to lead a vibrant, dynamic service organization in the nation’s capital and deliver on the organization’s identified values: Advocacy, Arts Engagement, Resources & Connection, and Promotion of the Local Arts.

Job Summary:
Arts Network Ottawa is seeking an Executive Director who is an exceptional leader with a passion for the arts.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is charged with the strategic, financial and operational leadership of the organization, and acts as a leader within the arts community on behalf of Arts Network Ottawa.

The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of the arts sector in Ottawa. The Executive Director will have excellent leadership skills and substantive experience in community relations, municipal/provincial/federal government relations, building partnerships, fund development, strong background in fiduciary oversight and strategic planning capacity. A strong communication ability in both official languages is preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
